Snow leopards are enigmatic big cats native to the mountainous regions of Central and South Asia. Their exquisite, thick fur is marked with beautiful rosettes, aiding in their camouflage within the snowy landscapes they inhabit. These elusive predators are solitary and highly adapted to their harsh, high-altitude environments.
Snow leopards are renowned for their exceptional agility and stealth, allowing them to stalk and ambush their prey effectively. Their diet primarily consists of mountain ungulates, such as blue sheep and ibex. Unfortunately, these magnificent creatures face threats due to habitat loss and poaching.
